A BILL to amend article seventeen, chapter eighteen-b of the code
of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated section
six, relating to authorizing rules; the higher education
policy commission; and higher education adult part-time
student grant program.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article seventeen, chapter eighteen-b of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be
amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section six, to
read as follows:
ARTICLE 17. LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§18B-17-6. Authorizing the higher education adult part-time
student grant program (HEAPS).
The legislative rule filed in the state register on the
twenty-second day of October, two thousand one, relating to the
higher education policy commission (higher education adult part-
time student grant program -- HEAPS -- rule), is authorized.
